Hello!   

I'm Morgan, a farm girl from west Alabama who put down roots in Lee County.  I love Jesus, coffee, and cake!  

I get asked often how I learned to bake and where I got this passion. I didn't go to culinary school; I've never even attended a cake decorating class. In fact, my degree and day job are in Engineering. The answer is really simple: I just love cake. I love baking experimental new things, perfecting the classics, and creating something truly special for all the important and everyday events in life.
